Speaker: Pastor Curtis McMiller served 7 years in the U.S. Navy as a Yeoman from 1986 – 1993. He served under the leadership of Rear Admiral Mack Gaston, Commander of Great Lakes Naval Training Center. He assisted in the decommissioning of the Great Lakes Training Station over to the Great Lakes Naval Training Center. Prior to that, McMiller was stationed in Norfolk, VA with the Tactical Air Control Squadron, (TACRON 22) to provide tactical support, alongside Air Traffic Controllers for the USS Mount Whitney. While in the Navy, Curtis McMiller made a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ. In 1995, God called him to preach, and in 2001 he answered that call by starting Heritage Baptist Church located in Kenosha, WI. Under his leadership, Heritage has acquired 3 acres of land, started a Christian school, established a bus ministry, founded a Friday evening addictions program, has spoken on many occasions at the Pacific Garden Mission located in Chicago, IL, and has started the Answer the Call radio ministry that is aired every Saturday evening on WVCY at 7:30 pm. Pastor McMiller is also the Regional Director for the Creation Evidence Expo.
